So both interviews went great. One is a corporate job and other is a fine dinning privately owned business. Will see what money offersareand talk to wife about what i would like more vs stability.

Good points, weigh out the options both pro and con. How stable is the economy by you with restaurants etc. Has this place been in business a long time?

Good luck. How long in Tx do they take to let you know if you got the job? Here in Ca., if they like you they make you come back 10 times to play games with you before they let you know they are not really hiring. lol (That's why I have worked for myself for many years).
