Cigar Haven will host David Blanco of Los Blancos Cigars on Monday 9/13. The event runs from 4-8. Cigar Haven is in the NE suburbs of Indy. The proprietor did know what specials would be offered, but indicated they would have some of the new Los Blancos releases for 2009.
