I would check with our retailers ET and Robbie to see what they have that would fit your budget. Also, check Cigarbid as sometimes you can pick up a great lighter at a fantastic price. Just be careful not to by a cheapo lighter because it will not perform!
I bought a cheapo torch for my first one and it was a huge mistake. If you can afford it I personally recommend any of the candle flame torches by Xicar. Very nice lighter! Just my two cents worth
