Heading to Saratoga tomorrow for the KPIG Songwriters Festival at the Montalvo Arts Center with a couple of friends.  BB this is in your neck of the woods, have you ever been to this?  Should be a great day.  Check out the site with all the bands playing.

For those of you who are interested here are some of the web sites of the bands that played the Will Kimbrough and Todd Snider are both from TN.  Will is an amazing guitarist and plays in 3 other bands besides his solo career.  This place was absolutly beautiful.  It looks like this was a mansion turned into an art center.  Located in Saratoga.  We had to be shuttled in as this is in a gated community which is a very very RICH community.  I would say the least expensive house that we passed was not less than 2 million.  I was able to meet talk and hang out with Will Kimbrough and Rodney Crowell.  My friend is a permoter for Will and Todd so we where on the guest list and did the whole back stage thing but I like to be out front to watch the show.  Really down to earth guys.  I will post pics later tonight after I down load them off my phone, I hope they turned out.

Well now I am heading to Santa Cruz tonight to go see Will Kimbrough and Rodney Crowell, on the guest list again Woo Hooo

Like I said before I think this was a mansion at one time and donated as an art center.  But very very nice, all I had was my camera phone so at least I could show you the place.  I had a great time and all the performers where awesome.

I dont know what kind of music you listen to Paul, but I never heard of these guys...

Still, I'm sure it was a great thing. Cool pic too, especially coming form a cell phone.
