New mixed drink... Central Market Sicilian lemon soda with Bärenjäger Honey and Bourbon on ice. Paired with an Oliva G boxpress...

This pairing is excellent. The Oliva G is a spicy cigar with deeper notes of oak and leather. The drink pairs well with an effervescent citrus blending with the earthy honeyed sweetness of the Bärenjäger Honey and Bourbon to give an overall sweet spiced flavor.

It is so good. Needs to be stirred though. All the bourbon hid at the bottom and now I am tipsy.

Damm...that drink sounds nice!

Val...how much of each do you put in the glass?

I haven't seen either of those drinks (the Sicilian lemon soda & the Bärenjäger Honey and Bourbon). I have seen Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey though.

I am an Italian girl... I don't measure when I cook or mix drinks... The glass holds 8-12 oz of liquid, probably 1-2 shots worth of the honey and Bourbon...
