are you sure that's water and not oils?

its definitely not water, I let the humi air/dry out for a few days and its still there... I'm gonna go with some sort of oily solution... wouldn't sap be sticky?

I GUESS you have this figured out but i am with everyone i think its oils from one of your sticks
