I picked up some game hens that were on sale the other day. I injected them with Yoshidas Gourmet Sauce, and used Tony Chachere's as a dry rub. Deep fried them in peanut oil. Turned out pretty damn good. I wasn't to sure about the gourmet sauce, which is basicaly teryaki sauce. Dont think you can ever go wrong with Tony Chacheres though. I should have let them sit and soak up the sauce a little longer, but thats ok, it was still a hit with the guests.
