Great song.  I prefer to stick with more mellow music.  I usually go with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin or Johnny Cash.  It keeps me sane.

I agree.  Usually if I listen to music while smoking it is somewhere along the lines of jazz/saxophone, reggae, or sometimes even new agey kinda stuff.

The blues are good to.  If you are into the blues, check out RL Burnside and Professor Longhair, Pretty awesome.  The Black Keys are good too.

I listen to a lot of different things, but mostly Texas music---James McMurtry, Robert Earl Keen, Hayes Carll especially---with some Chris Isaak and Jimmy Buffet mixed in.

But I like a lot of ambient stuff like Cocteau Twins and Enigma as well, and have always loved bebop-era jazz---Miles Davis in particular.

Great call with the Chris Isaak.  The Baja Sessions is a must own album.  An incredible line up of classic songs.  Isaak is definitely at his best vocally, but the standout of the album is Hershel Yatovitz on the guitar.  The album just creates an incredible mood.

Nice! Yep, Texas blues is another great tradition. That's where ZZ Top started . . . Stevie Ray ruled . . . and many another guitar slinger made their mark.

That's some fine blues, those links. [thumbsup]
