Cherry Peppers in vinegar are Ready

step 1 Bottom of pail garlic and fresh oregano but you dont peel the garlic all you do is snap the garlic with a bottom of a glass
step 2 add Peppers and green tomatoes more garlic and Fresh oregano and more salt

Get some Stone is the best wash it all good

2 parts Vinegar 1 Part water and and 2 hand fulls of salt let it come to a boil then pour boiled vinegar and water carefully over the rock then leave top loose every 3 days check and add vinegar as needed

Now Oct Make the wine and i am done ..................

This is completely different then the Mum's method but I bet it's just as good, Jelly man..

Jimmie I dont see no difference except you use jars i use a 5 gallon Pail
.....do you boil the water and vinegar with salt
.....I do see you use fresh Orgeano from the garden i am gonna do that next year for sure

I don't boil the mixture. I stuff the peepers in the jars and put everything in the jar. Check them every week and refill them with the solution as needed...The process usually takes 4 weeks or so..

Oh ok i have to check my pail every 4 days and add vinegar as need i keep the pail outside now while its cool .....Basically the same process but either was they both taste good and fried dammm even hotter and very tasty
