I smoked one saturday night. U talk about bland, boring ass, cardbaord tasting stick? This one get's a 100 for those characteristics! I paid 9.00 a piece for two and the owner of the b&m gave me the box that they came in.
Basically i bought a box for $18.00. I'll send this P.O.S. to anyone who wants it for the price of shipping! (or i'll just add it into a bomb) If smoking cigars is on the Dark Side, I guess i'll never see the light!

I'm surprised too! I've never had a bad Soprano cigar. I wonder if it was dried out or if something else was wrong with it? Then again, I'm not a real fan of Opus X cigars and customers rave over those things. Like Scott said, to each their own!

"bland, cardbaord tasting stick" This can happen to a cigar that has been dried too much then rehumidified or, a cigar that has suffered a mold bloom. I too like all of the sopranos except the largest Tony size. But I would not call it bland.

I've never got the cardboard flavor either, but for what these cigars cost, I spend my money elsewhere.

I disagree. The Soldier and Associate are great cigars. Been though a bunch of boxes of them since they came out and have loved every one of them. I agree with Skip that those must have been mishandled.

What store did you purchase the sticks from?
Hopefully you just got a bad one. What do you normally smoke? |
