Hi Michealleo,

My mother would agree with you on the chomomile tea. I can't personally suggest anything, as I can sleep like a rock by 2 am after three cups of coffee at 12. If I ever do have trouble sleeping, I"ll eat bananas! May sound strange, but it works. Don't know what you can have considering your medical condition.

That said, how 'bout an intro bud? http://www.stogiechat.com/forum/Forum-NE...e-Yourself

Not all tea, most if not all green tea appears not to be caffeinated. I know black teas have caffeine in them.
