Are the WOA as hard to come by as the Anejo's.

This link http://www.vitolas.net/index.php   was very cool I don't know if everyone has seen it before, but I enjoyed it. Lots of stuff to check out including Rare Arturo Fuente cigars, Rarities torched, Fiente Cigar factory tour and a section with desktop wallpapers.

Yes WOA Maduros are pretty hard to come by. They are released usually once a year around this time as part of the limited Fuente Holiday release. And yes that website is pretty famous to cigar smokers. It is run by a guy named Andrew aka Moki he is a member here and a couple other boards.
