A Trip to Beer Heaven 2
#1
So this years beer heaven trip will actually be a two part adventure. Part one will be in a little under a month. Mahk and I with our friend Dan will be headed to Vermont for the 15th and 16th.

We are going to try and hit 10 breweries/brewpubs in 2 days! Not sure exactly which ones but we know the definite stops will The Alchemist, Hill Farmstead, Rock Art and Magic Hat plus will will be stopping at a farmers market to get beer from Lawson's Finest Liquids, there brewery is not open to the public.

Part 2 will be the November 1st - 4th. Mahk and I with our friend Dan will be headed to Dogfish Head in Delaware by way of Mohegan Sun Casino. Then home by way of Philly and Victory Brewing Co. The plan right now is to Leave late afternoon on Thursday the 1st and drive to Mohegan Sun...Do some drinking smoking and gambling, spend the night then get an early start Friday morning to make the drive to Rehoboth Beach Delaware and be at the brewpub by 3pm. Last year we spent 9 hours at the brewpub leaving at around 1ish so I expect a repeat performance. Saturday Morning we will do the DFH Brewery tour then head out to Victory Brewing Co then onto Philly for the night.

Sunday will be a hangover filled 7 hour drive back home.

We will make sure to take plenty of pics and share them along the way.

Didn't you make that same mistake last year, going to Mohegan Sun after driving only 1.5 hours.

What a Dic you are...

Let me know when/where in Philly if you're up for a herf somewhere. I'm sure I could convince Todd (P+) to meet up also.

Yes we did but also really enjoyed it. I know the Mum Compound is much more of a halfway point but since when have either Mahk or I done the smart thing.

Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, pick me up a bottle or 2 of Bitches brew so I can put one away for my collection and share one with my son? Did I forget to say PLEASE???????? I figure nobody could possibly be sober on a trip like that so I use multiple PLEASES.
.

We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.
