Wow Jimmie, that looks SO good!!! I made a HUGE pot of chicken cacciatore, which is two nights worth of food, put that in the fridge for dinner Monday and Tuesday. Then I pan fried some chicken cutlets with roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes and garlic for dinner tonight.
