Ben, am I correct that near the end, when you add the shredded cheese, it's just put on top (not mixed in)?
And then nothing after you remove it from the smoker?
When & how much bacon did you add? (This sounds delicious!)

Yep, just add the cheese to the top, and take off the smoker after 15 minutes.
I used 1lb of bacon. Well, maybe a little less, Steven and I did a little sampling while I was chopping it up.

My homemade pizza days are going on hold soon. Can't find any"Active Dry Yeast" except for the ebay rip offs which I refuse to pay.
Just amazing.... I usually buy the jar of Fleischmann's, sells around $4.50 a jar 4 ounces. Forget about it
